How we track world leaders' daily schedules

People often ask how a small, automated site can keep a daily calendar for dozens of presidents and prime ministers. The short answer: we go straight to official sources, and we never invent data.
Official sources first
For each leader we use the most authoritative public source available โ the White House daily guidance, the UK's GOV.UK announcements, Canada's Prime Minister itineraries, the รlysรฉe agenda in France, Japan's Kantei "PM in Action" page, and the official press or engagement feeds of many other offices.
One consistent format
Each source looks different โ some are clean data feeds, others are web pages in different languages. We parse each into the same structure: a date, a time where available, a title, a location, and a link back to the original. That lets us show every leader in the same calendar and daily view.
Updated daily
The pipeline runs every day, rebuilds the site, and publishes it. Every event links to its primary source so you can always verify it yourself.
